• Built the AI content pipeline behind a 150,000+ question bank: an n8n agent drafts questions in four languages, with Slack review before publishing.
• Shipped the teacher portal (assignment builder, progress tracking, gamified profiles) and the student app on iOS and Android.

• Raised team throughput to 204% of baseline by rebuilding the Jira workflow with automations linked to version control, and authoring the coding standards engineers and Claude Code build from.
• Automated team operations in Slack and email: stand-up prep, daily delivery summaries, CI build notifications with APK drops, crash alerts, and content-review digests.
• Run dailies, weekly feature demos, and retrospectives; track where defects cluster and coach engineers on those gaps.

• Built the AI food-recognition features at the core of Nutreva, a nutrition app, turning a camera capture into structured nutrition data on iOS and Android.
• Implemented RevenueCat subscriptions, Mixpanel funnels, and CI/CD with over-the-air updates, making releases routine and low-risk.

• Grew from intern to Team Lead over six years; owned front-end architecture and the shared TypeScript packages every client product was built from.
• Led the React Native (Expo) and React web clients of a members-only platform for a private investor community for four years: shared core package across web and native, SSO, search, and video, with a distributed team.
• Delivered apps for a restaurant group, a sports analytics dashboard, and an online gaming platform, including native iOS/Android modules and WebView wrappers.
• Introduced unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, Sentry monitoring, and code review across the team.
